We are aware of a technical issue causing a delay for customers using their Reward Partner code from Tesco Club Card. Tesco and Boxtails are working to fix this as quickly as possible, but all codes should be available to use within a couple of hours of receipt. All your codes are valid and will be updated as quickly as possibly on our system for use. We are working as fast as possible to resolve the issue, thank you for your patience!
To ensure you have the best possible chance of delivery in advance of mothers day, we recommend customers order before 5 pm on Wednesday 10th March. This is for all boxes, including the Limited Edition Mothers Day SixMix “Mum’s The Word”
UPDATE 11/02/21: We are currently fulfilling and dispatching orders as quickly as possible. Currently, we are dispatching all orders within 1 – 2 days of all orders being placed. We will send updates via email should anything change to this process.

UPDATE 29/01/21: We are now taking new orders from 5.00 pm on the 29th January 2021 on all stock listed on the Boxtails website. Orders made through the Boxtails website after 5.00 pm on the 29th January 2021 will be packed and shipped from Tuesday the 2nd of February 2021. All orders will be fulfilled sequentially on a first-come-first-served basis.
UPDATE 27/12/20: We are aware that some orders are still be delayed by the extraordinary strain Royal Mail are currently under due to a number of staffing issues and COVID-19.
We are asking that all customers with outstanding deliveries bear with us during this time as your orders are with Royal Mail and they are working as fast they can to get through the backlog.

We always want to make sure that customers are aware of all aspects of how their order is being handled and shipped. So we wanted to give you all a clear update on how we are approaching delivery and fulfilment over the coming days and weeks.
Due to the unprecedented demand, we are seeing currently, both on us and our courier network we are now advising a 3-4 day delivery time. We are striving to process and ship orders as quickly as possible but we want to make you aware of any potential delays.
With this in mind, we would also like to advise that any orders that will be needed urgently for Christmas are placed before or by the 18th of December 2020. This will allow enough time to be delivered.
We will remain open till the 23rd of December. With closures over bank holidays and shortened hours through the holiday period, orders placed after 5pm on the 23rd will be processed the next working day. Normal operating hours will resume from the 4th of January.
