Boxtails Spirits

The Negroni is made with Boxtails very own lovingly distilled Gin. Our Gin is made in the Hereford countryside from locally sourced and foraged Thyme, Douglas Fir and lemon balm. Big Botanical notes are rounded by chamomile & angelica. Late additions of Fresh Orange & lemon lift this Gin to a beautiful refreshing finish. This balance of flavours create a great mixing companion for our cocktails.
