Boxtails Spirits

When we launched Boxtails, we were using a number of premium brands but never found anything that perfectly matched the taste profile we were trying to create. 3 years ago we embarked on distilling our own spirits in the search of the perfect pairing for our Cocktails.

Vodka

Our Vodka is made from the finest French Ingredients made from soft winter wheat from the Cognac region. It is distilled 7 times to achieve a clear, fresh and elegantly aromatic smooth taste which makes it a great companion for our cocktails.

Rum

Our Rum is made from Barbados sugar cane grown on the west coast of the island. It’s a blend of pot and column distillation and aged in American oak ex-whiskey casks which achieves a bold and aromatic medium body with a finish of caramel, vanilla banana and spice.

Gin

Our Gin is made in the Hereford countryside from locally sourced and foraged Thyme, Douglas Fir and lemon balm. Big Botanical notes are rounded by chamomile & angelica. Late additions of Fresh Orange & lemon lift this Gin to a beautiful refreshing finish. This balance of flavours create a great mixing companion for our cocktails.
