Boxtails Advent Calendar 2026: prize draw terms

1. Promoter. East Coast Cocktail Company Ltd, trading as Boxtails (company number 11931794), Martley Hall Stud, Framlingham Road, Easton, Woodbridge, Suffolk IP13 0EN. Contact: info@boxtails.co.uk.

2. Who can enter. UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the promoter, its group companies, Coterie Vaults and their immediate families can't enter.

3. No purchase necessary. Entry is free. You need a free Boxtails account at boxtails.co.uk to open the calendar. Creating an account costs nothing and doesn't require a purchase. Entering doesn't require you to sign up to marketing emails.

4. How the calendar works. The calendar has 24 doors, one opening each day from 1 to 24 December. Every account gets the same mix of doors: 11 cocktail tutorials, 3 free delivery codes, 3 £5-off codes, 6 prize draw entry doors and, on 24 December, the final draw door. The order is different for each account and is set when the calendar starts, so no one can choose or change which doors they get.

5. The draws. There are four draws:

• Week 1 draw (entry doors from 1 to 7 December, closes 23:59 on 7 December): three winners, each of a Boxtails Vodka Collection gift box
• Week 2 draw (8 to 14 December, closes 23:59 on 14 December): three winners, each of a Boxtails Rum Collection gift box
• Week 3 draw (15 to 21 December, closes 23:59 on 21 December): three winners, each of a Boxtails variety pack
• Final draw (22 to 24 December, closes 23:59 on 24 December): one winner of a case of 12 of the new Boxtails range, delivered when it launches in 2027

6. How to enter. Log in, open a prize draw door on or after its date, tick the box confirming you're 18 or over, live in the UK and accept these terms, and click "Enter the draw". Each prize draw door you enter gives you one entry into the draw for that week. Entries must be made before that draw closes. Late entries, entries made through more than one account per person, and automated entries are void.

7. Picking the winners. Winners are picked at random from all valid entries to each draw, using a verifiably random computer process, within 2 working days of the draw closing (by 8, 15 and 22 December for the weekly draws, and by 29 December for the final draw). Each entry has an equal chance, so a person with two entries in a draw has twice the chance of a person with one. A person can win only one prize in each draw, but can win more than one draw.

8. Telling the winners. We email each winner at their account email address, and the result also shows in their calendar. Winners must reply within 7 days with a UK delivery address. If a winner doesn't reply in time, or can't meet these terms, we'll pick another winner the same way.

9. Alcohol and age checks. All prizes contain alcohol. Delivery needs a signature from someone aged 18 or over, and we may ask a winner for proof of age before sending a prize. If a winner can't show they are 18 or over, the prize is forfeited and another winner picked.

10. Delivery. Weekly draw prizes are posted within 14 days of the winner confirming their address, to UK addresses only (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man). We can't promise delivery before Christmas. The final draw prize is delivered when the new Boxtails range launches, expected in spring 2027. If it hasn't launched by 30 June 2027, we'll send a Boxtails prize of equal or greater value instead.

11. Prizes. Prizes are as described, with no cash alternative, and can't be transferred or exchanged. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may substitute one of equal or greater value.

12. Discount codes. Free delivery and £5-off codes are personal to your account, valid only on the day the door opens (until 23:59 UK time), and can be used once. £5 off needs an order of £35 or more. Codes can't be combined with other discount codes or exchanged for cash.

13. Winners' details. We'll make each winner's surname and county available on request by emailing info@boxtails.co.uk, for 30 days after each draw. Winners can object to this by emailing us; we may still have to share it with the Advertising Standards Authority if asked.

14. Your data. To run the calendar we record which doors you open, your draw entries and your codes against your Boxtails account, and we use your name and email to run the draws and contact winners. We delete calendar records within 3 months of the final draw. We only send you marketing emails if you tick the optional box to receive them, and you can unsubscribe any time. 15. General. We may cancel or change the calendar or draws if something outside our control stops them running fairly, and will tell entrants if we do. By entering you accept these terms. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
