The Party Pack - 24 cocktails

I ordered mid-November. Received an email claiming it had been dispatched on 1 December. However, DPD site shows they still haven't received the parcel from Boxtails. I've had no reply to my emails of complaint and looking at all the comments on Trust Pilot I am not alone. Looking like I'll need to get the bank to charge back the unfulfilled order. Very disappointed and will not be using Boxtails again.

One sachet burst so all 4 boxes were sticky and damaged (one box was a present so disappointing.) The contents were slightly different to advertised (although it does state on website that contents may vary) but if replacements have to be made, I would have preferred to be asked which flavour I would have liked! Not yet tasted all of them, but the Mojita was lovely!

Box turned up after the event despite ordering in plenty of time with express delivery and emails to customer service about a refund were never replied to and still aren't.

I expected 4 flavours with 6 pouches of each, but it was the other way round and included cocktails none of us would drink, e.g. espresso martini which we had to give away. Unfortunately we also found the cocktails incredibly sweet which was a shame. Great idea but very expensive for what you get and you really need an incredibly sweet tooth.

Delighted with box and great price.
Excellent service too.
