A) We have three types of product categories on the Boxtails website. Each of these categories are specially designed based on our experience of what our customers need.
- Letter Box - these boxes contain 6x single flavour cocktails and are the perfect gift for cocktail lovers!
- Collection Box - our most popular boxes. Each Collection Box contains a selection of single-serve cocktail pouches carefully curated by the Boxtails team. Keep an eye out for our limited edition Collection Boxes throughout the year and our bundle offers for some nice discounts
- Party Pack - perfect for Parties! Our 3L PartyBox serves 24 cocktails and promises to be a great hit for group gatherings and parties.
A) All of our Cocktails should be served in 125ml serving. Our Pouches are 125ml individual serve while our 1.5 Litre Party Boxes contain enough cocktail for 1.5x individual 125ml servings.
A) We have made it super simple to order through the Boxtails website with 3 easy steps:
- Select your cocktails: Choose from our Individual cocktail boxes or Collection Boxes and add them to your “basket”
- Checkout: Cocktails start from £39.99 for 6.
- Enjoy!:Simply chill, shake, tear and pour your Boxtails into a chilled glass of your choice.
A) Delivery is free for orders over £60. PLEASE NOTE: This is the cash value of the order - if you use any discount/voucher codes these will not count towards the total value of the basket
A) We have an express delivery service. This usually takes between 2-3 working days to arrive through your letterbox!
A) We use Royal Mail 48 tracked for all deliveries!
A) Yes all of our cocktails are Vegan friendly
A) Yes all of our cocktails are Gluten Free and made with natural flavourings and ingredients
A) All of our Cocktails are best served cold. So be sure to put them in the fridge (no one likes a warm cocktail!).
A) Ideally in the fridge! But Boxtails will also be absolutely fine kept in cupboards at ambient temperature

A) You need to activate your Tesco clubcard code before you can use it on our website. You can activate it here: https://www.boxtails.co.uk/pages/tescos-clubcard
Once activated the coupon value will be automatically added to your basket.
A) All of our delivery boxes are made from 90% recycled materials and completely recyclable.
We are constantly striving to ensure that our products are 100% recyclable or as close as can be, our mission is to ensure we are creating the most sustainable product for our consumers and the environment.
A) Gift card codes can be applied at the Basket/Cart and Checkout pages.
On the Basket/Cart page, the Gift Card code can be applied underneath the Basket Totals.
On the Checkout page, the Gift Card code can be applied underneath the Order Summary below the Credit Card input fields
A) Giving and receiving Boxtails digital gift cards is super easy and paying with them is fast and secure.
- Simply choose the amount you wish to buy
- Enter the email address of the recipient
- Send a personal message to the recipient
- Choose a delivery date to send the Gift Card
Simply pay at the checkout and your digital gift card will be sent to your friends and family.
The recipient will receive an email within 24 hours after purchase.
All gift cards retain unspent credit and are valid for 365 days from date of issue.
A) No, Tesco Clubcard vouchers must be activated and used fully in a single transaction on our website. Unlike Boxtails' gift cards, they do not retain unspent credit.
